Sydney Moe

Sydney is a Project Manager, Architect, and Engineer with over 15 years of experience. Most recently as the Development Manager at Strada Investment Group, Sydney oversaw all aspects of the day-to-day execution of 555 Bryant Street, known as Quincy, a luxury apartment building with 501 units in the heart of SoMa. Prior to that, she oversaw the execution of the Brady Block in San Francisco, a highly complex project on Market Street including 444 market rate apartments, 96 units of permanent supportive housing, office and union hall totaling 30,000 square feet, and a publicly accessible park built around a major piece of BART infrastructure.

Before joining Strada, she was a Project Manager at Ferrari Moe Architects and Engineers in Marin County where she led the design and construction management of major occupied rehabilitations of six affordable housing projects totaling over 400 units throughout the Bay Area.

Sydney's experience spans a variety of product types including market rate and affordable housing, high-rise, ground-up development, large-scale occupied rehabilitations, and modular construction projects. She has been involved in all phases of the development process with a particular emphasis on design, entitlements, construction execution, and operations/lease-up. Every project she's worked on had a unique financial partnership which required tailored communication and decision making depending on the group, whether institutional capital, tax credit financing, family office, syndicated ownership group, or other.

Sydney received a BS in Architectural Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and maintains professional licensure in the State of California in both Architecture and Engineering. When not working, you can find her hiking, biking, or chasing her small children around the many San Francisco parks and museums. An avid gardener, she can be relied upon to nurse sick plants back to health or propagate rare succulents.
